A standard processing time of up to 2-3 business days is required before your order is shipped. During peak/holiday periods, processing times may exceed 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent with tracking information, which allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

 

**Please kindly ensure providing the correct and complete shipping address (Unit number should be demonstrated for apartment) to avoid delays and additional shipping costs. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address may result in shipping delays or failures. International orders will only be shipped once, and only to the address provided when the order was placed.

​Any additional shipping fee due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided will be at customer’s expense.

If you choose to cancel the order after first time shipment failure due to incorrect/incomplete address provided, designated flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount. Please contact us for details.

UNITED STATES

Free U.S. shipping for orders over $75. Normal transit times are around 1-5 days.

Should you require signature upon delivery or add any notes to your delivery please contact us immediately after placing your order. Unfortunately, requests sent after 24 hours of placing your order cannot be accommodated.

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

Transit times are around 7-20 days depending on your location and the carrier chosen, however, a package can be seriously delayed if held up at customs.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES RETURNS POLICY

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
