Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 7 days.

All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return. 

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchange or returns for pierced earrings or Ear cuffs. 

All final sale items, including sample sale pieces, are not eligible for exchange or return. We recommend using registered/trackable posts as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

Please note return shipping fee will be the buyer's responsibility. 

The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete a return, please contact us first at info@mystudioaccessories.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Damaged/Defective item received:

If the item(s) you received have any quality problems, please contact us as soon as possible with pictures of the item(s). Damaged pieces must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Item(s) must be unworn and unused in its original packaging.

**Please note, some of our products are hand-crafted, and might not be perfect. Therefore, it will not be considered as defective.
